Tour tour Our tour guide, Luciana, was wonderful! Collette representatives made registering for the trip very easy. From the time we were picked up at the airport to the time we departed. The bus driver was incredible. Verona is without doubt one of the most attractive cities you will ever see and appropriately well known as the setting for the legendary story of Romeo and Juliet. I would recommend this tour to my friends. His knowledge of architecture was nice as he was able to give us the background and history of the area. I had a leather jacket picked out in Florence but had to be back to hotel in 30 minutes .We only had 2 hours of free time so I didn't have time to wait on alternations.
